PC Magazine and Marketwatch columnist John C. Dvorak was interviewed by SYS-CON.TV at the JavaOne

(July 2, 2005) - PC Magazine and Marketwatch columnist John C. Dvorak was interviewed by SYS-CON.TV' at the JavaOne Conference in San Francisco.

Dvorak held forth on a number of topics, including the AMD vs Intel lawsuit, the viability of Java and Sun, the value of (or lack thereof) of corporate PR, and whether or not a new book about Silicon Valley is really worth reading.

During the interview, Dvorak was asked about the value of corporate PR today, the backdrop being a story about SYS-CON.TV being rebuffed by Sun PR people after CEO Scott McNealy had agreed to do an interview. Dvorak had some amusing, yet insightful, opinions on this topic.
